Terms and conditions for booking and deployment

Invoicing takes place after the event. Invoices are payable without deduction within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.

If a booking that has been confirmed as binding is cancelled, the following shares of the agreed net base fee are payable:

• More than 3 months before the date of the event25%
• 3 months to 1 month before the date of the event50%
• Less than 1 month before the date of the event100%

Outward and return travel costs, overnight accommodation costs, expenses and other variable incidental costs that have not yet been incurred are not charged. Third-party and production costs that have already been incurred or can no longer be cancelled are charged at actual cost.

The client reserves the right to prove that no loss or a significantly lower loss has been incurred.

The agreed deployment duration describes the entire booked deployment period on site and does not constitute uninterrupted operating time of the robot. Technically necessary charging times, battery changes, safety checks, calibrations and reasonable breaks are part of the deployment. Deployment planning is carried out by our experienced operator, with the aim of the greatest and most effective possible presence during the event.

For guaranteed implementation of booked personalisations, all data, content and materials required for this must be available in full no later than 15 working days before the date of the event. This applies in particular to:

• Logos, print files and corporate design guidelines for T-shirts or other clothing
• Logos, colour specifications and required files for personalised 3D chest plates
• Texts and content for custom speech sequences
• Other materials or approvals to be supplied by the client

If they are supplied later, timely implementation cannot be guaranteed. In that case, we will of course do our best to carry it out, subject to availability and technical feasibility.

The client provides a suitable deployment area of at least 2 × 2 metres and a standard household power supply within reach. The floor must be level and firm. For outdoor deployments, a roof or cover is required in the event of precipitation.

All prices are net, exclusive of statutory VAT. Outward and return travel costs, expenses and any overnight accommodation costs are listed separately in the quote.
