Up to eight hours is the time on site. Charging, battery swaps, safety checks and breaks are part of the booking. The operator schedules them at quieter moments.

Included and what comes on top.
Always in the day rate
- Operator A Posevo operator controls the robot throughout the booking and talks to visitors. Posevo does not rent out robots without an operator.
- Setup and teardown Delivery, setup and a technical check before the first visitor. Afterwards, teardown and collection.
- Battery management Spare batteries and scheduled swaps. This lets the robot be used for up to eight hours a day.
- Five speech sequences For example a greeting, stand information, a product message and a call to action. Written and tested with you in advance.
- Preparation You agree the position, floor, duration, technology and running order with Posevo in advance.
Separately in the quote
- Travel costs Depending on the distance from Gelsenkirchen. A separate item in the quote.
The same day rates apply in the Netherlands as in Germany.
- Expenses and overnight stay Operator expenses at the statutory rates. An overnight stay only for a long journey or several days.
- Branding Shirt, polo shirt, 3D chest plate or wrap. The price depends on scope and lead time.
- Additional staff A promoter who takes over the conversation if your own team does not have time.
- Additional speech sequences More than five texts, a custom voice or the AI voicebot that answers freely.
- Photo and video Photo and video coverage during the booking, edited for social media and your website.
What is in the quote is what is invoiced. If the scope, date or location changes, Posevo agrees this with you in advance.
Shorter or longer than a day.
The day rate applies to a booking of up to eight hours. From two days, you get a discount on the event days.

Payment
You receive the invoice after the event. You pay within 14 days, without deduction. There is no advance payment and no deposit.

The percentage applies to the net base fee of a confirmed booking. Travel, accommodation and other expenses not yet incurred are not charged. Production and external costs already incurred are charged.
Questions about pricing
Travel costs for a Posevo robot depend on the distance to your venue. Posevo sets off from Gelsenkirchen in western Germany, close to the Dutch border. They appear as a separate item in the quote, as do any expenses for the operator. An overnight stay is only added for a long journey or a booking over several days.
No, a Posevo robot does not run for eight hours straight. The day rate covers up to eight hours on site. Charging, battery swaps, safety checks and breaks are part of it. The operator schedules the breaks during the quieter hours.
With the Go2 Pro added for €750, one operator controls both robots in turn. With the EVO and Go2 Pro combination for €3,600, two operators come and both robots work at the same time. Which fits depends on your floor space and whether you want to reach two groups at once.
Yes, from one day to a whole trade show week. For 2 days you get 10% off the day rate, from 3 days up to 15%. Travel costs and overnight stays are not discounted. For roadshows and recurring projects, Posevo makes separate arrangements.
For a long journey or a booking over several days. Outside North Rhine-Westphalia, Posevo plans to arrive the day before, with an overnight stay. The overnight stay appears as a separate item in the quote.
Posevo makes separate arrangements for these, with fixed terms and reserved dates. On a tour, the robot visits 1 or 2 locations per day.
