Hosting
This website is hosted by netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe. When the site is accessed, technically necessary data is processed in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the referrer URL and information about the browser and operating system. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website. A data processing agreement has been concluded with the hosting provider.
Contact and enquiry form
If you contact us via the form, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry. Via the form, this is in particular your name, company, email address, phone number and details of the date of the deployment, the location, the occasion, the duration and the preferred robot model.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our interest in responding to enquiries. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose and no statutory retention obligation prevents this.
To protect against automated entries, the form contains an additional field that is invisible to you. If that field is filled in, we discard the submission.
Sending form notifications
To send the notifications generated by the form, we use Resend, a service of Plus Five Five, Inc. (‘Resend’), 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. The purpose is the reliable forwarding by email of what you enter in the form. In the process, the form and contact data you enter, technical sending information and the delivery status are processed.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, supplemented by Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for reliable delivery and error analysis. Resend processes the data as a processor. The transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the Resend data processing agreement (Resend DPA) and the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission incorporated in it. The data is stored only for as long as is necessary for delivery, error analysis and the fulfilment of statutory or contractual obligations.
Contact via WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the data transmitted in the process is processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. We have no influence on the scope and purpose of that processing. Please note the privacy information of the provider. If you wish to avoid this, please use the form or email.
Google Ads and Google Analytics
We use Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements and to analyse the use of this website. In the process, cookies may be set and usage data processed, including a shortened IP address.
In particular, pages visited, clicks on phone and WhatsApp links, submitted forms and scroll depth are recorded. If you reach our site via a Google advertisement, Google passes a click ID (gclid) in the address bar. We only store it in a cookie (90 days) if you have given your consent in the cookie notice. Without consent, the click ID remains in memory only for the current page visit, is not stored on your device and is not added to an enquiry you send via the form.
A transfer to third countries cannot be ruled out; in this respect, Google relies on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy.
User and event data linked to identifiers is retained for 14 months in accordance with our GA4 configuration and then deleted automatically. Aggregated standard reports may remain unaffected by this.
Cookies and consent
Technically necessary cookies are required for the website to work. We only set cookies for audience measurement and advertising once you choose ‘Accept all’ in the cookie notice (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). We store your choice for twelve months in your browser's local storage.
The Google tag is loaded before you make your decision and works in consent mode: as long as you have not given consent, all four consent signals are set to ‘denied’. In this state, no optional analytics or marketing cookies are set on your device and no identifiers stored there are read. Google may receive cookieless measurement signals; for technical reasons, your IP address is transmitted in the process, and advertising identifiers are removed from these signals. According to Google, these signals are used mainly for conversion and behavioural modelling, that is, the statistical estimation of events that cannot be measured directly without consent. Regular cookie-based measurement and the storage of optional cookies only take place once you choose ‘Accept all’. Without your consent, we do not transfer the click ID from Google advertisements (gclid) to a form or to an enquiry sent to us. If you choose ‘Necessary only’, the state described above remains in place permanently; if you withdraw your consent, the signals revert to ‘denied’ and we remove optional cookies, insofar as this is possible from this domain.
You can change your choice at any time: ‘Cookie settings’ at the bottom of every page opens the notice again. If you choose ‘Necessary only’ there, we withdraw consent immediately, delete the optional cookies insofar as they can be deleted from this domain and reload the page, so that Google JavaScript that has already loaded does not continue to run with your earlier consent. The withdrawal takes effect for the future; processing carried out up to that point remains lawful.
Robot deployments on site
Our robots have cameras and microphones. These are used for navigation, control and safety. No facial recognition or biometric analysis takes place. Conversations are not stored without an express agreement. If an AI voicebot is used, we indicate visibly at the event location that an interaction with an AI system is taking place.
The respective organiser or client is responsible for photo and video recordings at events. We only publish recordings in which people are recognisable if the corresponding approval has been given.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16 GDPR), erasure (Article 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR) and data portability (Article 20 GDPR). You can object at any time to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (Article 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen).
Changes
We update this policy as soon as the law or the services we use change. Version: September 2026.
