Where the robot goes on your stand.
The robot greets visitors, shakes hands and poses for photos with them. It plays your speech sequences. The operator talks to people and brings interested visitors to your team.
- Position
- At the edge of the stand, by the aisle. In the middle of the stand, only visitors who are already there see it.
- Floor
- Approx. 2 × 2 m, level and firm. Exhibition carpet, screed and hall floors all work.
- Power
- A standard socket nearby, for charging. During the booking the robot runs on battery.
- Setup
- Approx. one hour before opening. Posevo brings the robot, sets up and runs a technical check.
Which robot for your show days.
For most trade shows Posevo recommends EVO. The R1 and the Go2 Pro suit a different goal on the stand.
Long show days

A battery lasts approx. 2 hours, twice as long as on the R1. Posevo plans the changes in advance, in the quiet hours.
Fixed show slots
R1 Unitree R1
For show moments at fixed times. It turns its head towards people and nods. A battery lasts approx. 1 hour.
Aisle and families
Go2 Pro Unitree Go2 Pro
Walks along the edge of the stand next to a promoter using Side-Follow; into the aisle only if the show allows it. According to Posevo, children approach the dog sooner than a humanoid.

Travel costs, expenses and any overnight stay are listed separately in the quote. They are not covered by the discount. Posevo sets out from Gelsenkirchen in western Germany (NRW).
Preparation for your trade show.
Planning without time pressure works from about three weeks ahead. Short notice is possible too, if there is availability.
- Your request
- Trade show, dates and city are enough. Within 24 hours you receive the availability and a price indication.
- Speech sequences
- Five are included, for example a greeting and stand information. Posevo prepares them in your visitors’ languages, Dutch included.
- Branding
- No later than 15 working days before the show: logos as vector files and colours in HKS or Pantone. A shirt is the quickest to produce.
- Planning
- Time slots, show slots and the position on the stand are agreed in advance. Battery changes fall in the quiet hours.
- Test run
- A few days beforehand, Posevo tests your speech sequences and show movements. The branding goes on the robot at the same time.

Questions about your stand
What exhibitors ask Posevo most often, with a short answer.
About 2 × 2 m of flat, firm floor and a standard socket nearby. More space helps for show moments. On a trade show stand the robot works best at the edge, by the aisle. Folded, EVO fits through standard doors and into a lift.
That is up to the trade show organiser. Many shows only allow activities outside the stand with permission, so agree it with the organiser in advance. On the stand itself, the robot works best at the edge, by the aisle. The dimensions, weight and battery life of each robot are on its robot page.
Yes. Carpet, screed and hall floors are no problem. For very deep-pile carpet, Posevo adjusts the movement programme in advance.
A standard socket nearby, for recharging. During the booking the robot runs on battery. Internet is only needed for the AI voicebot. If there is no Wi-Fi, Posevo brings mobile internet.
Usually EVO. A battery lasts about two hours and Posevo plans the swaps in advance. The R1 lasts one hour per battery and needs more spare batteries. For set show moments on the stand, the R1 is an option.
Posevo does not promise numbers. The robot gives visitors a reason to stop. Whether that turns into a lead depends on your offer, your stand and your team. What Posevo plans with you is the handover from visitor to stand team.
Yes, from one day to a whole trade show week. For 2 days you get 10% off the day rate, from 3 days up to 15%. Travel costs and overnight stays are not discounted. For roadshows and recurring projects, Posevo makes separate arrangements.
Yes, with texts you prepare in English with Posevo in advance. Five speech sequences are included. The Go2 Pro does not talk. Your contacts at Posevo speak German and English.
