Starting point: Many stands in open halls

The Areal Böhler is an industrial heritage site with open halls. Visitors see many stands at once and move on quickly. The aim: to draw visitors out of the main flow to the stand, for a sales conversation.

Deployment: EVO at the edge of the stand

EVO stood at the edge of the stand, on the main route. The Go2 Pro walked through the aisle next to a promoter using Side-Follow and brought visitors along. On both days there were fixed show slots, with photos and contact in between.

On the floor: Promoters took over the conversation

If someone stopped, one of the two promoters took over the conversation. The operator stayed with the robots and controlled them all day.

Result: Small groups at the edge of the stand

Posevo’s own observation

According to Posevo, small groups of people kept forming at the edge of the stand on both days. Trade visitors stopped at EVO. People who came with them went to the Go2 Pro. There are no figures.

Lesson

Posevo places the robot at the edge of the stand. In the middle of the stand, only visitors who are already there see it.
