Posevo grew out of the marketing department of a telecoms group. That group has approx. 20 years of experience in retail. In 2026 Posevo became a company of its own.
The team knows shop floors, openings and local promotions. It plans every deployment from the first contact to the handover to your team.

- Figures with a source
- A figure only appears with its source.
- Observation or measurement
- Posevo only gives a figure when something has been measured. Otherwise it is an observation.
- Real deployments
- Posevo only counts deployments that have taken place. Enquiries and quotes do not count.
- No promised results
- The effect depends on your goal, the location, the weather, the day of the week and your team.
- Your goal first
- Posevo chooses the robot once the goal is clear.
- Preparation
- Every deployment is planned in advance around the location and audience.
Safety on the floor.
The operator is the most important safety measure. The operator can stop the robot at any time.
- Control
- An operator controls the robot throughout the deployment. The robot never walks through the audience on its own.
- Immediate stop
- The operator stays close enough to stop the robot immediately.
- Movement zones
- Before the first visitor arrives, the operator sets where the robot walks. If needed, the floor is cordoned off.
- Children
- May touch the robot, under supervision. The operator makes sure they keep their distance from the joints.
- What the robot does not do
- Walk through the audience on its own, pick things up, perform stunts or jumps, work without an operator.
- AI voicebot
- A visible notice on site. The robot identifies itself as AI. No facial recognition and no recording unless agreed.
- Insurance
- Business liability and electronics insurance. Posevo states Germany as the area of cover. Ask Posevo whether this also applies in the Netherlands.
- For your procurement
- Proof of insurance with the sums insured and a technical data sheet, on request before the contract.
