ruhrSUMMIT is a conference on digitalisation and startups. Visitors can assess technology professionally. The aim: to be present at the check-in and to link the exhibitor’s brand to this audience.

Deployment: Next to the check-in desk

EVO stood in a sterne.io shirt right next to the check-in. Every visitor passes there. The focus was on greeting and contact, with few show moves. The branding was understated, to suit the audience.

On the floor: Greeting on arrival

Every visitor walked past EVO. Many visitors stopped and took photos.

Result: What the location delivered

Posevo’s own observation

According to Posevo, there was contact with visitors all day. This placed the exhibitor’s brand at the entrance to the event. There are no figures.
