Robot at the opening of Rhein Motors, Heilbronn

Rhein Motors opened a branch in Heilbronn with two brands: XPeng and MG. Both brands are still being established in Germany and are unknown to many people. The aim: to bring passers-by and invited guests inside and show them the brands.

EVO stood at the entrance, on the walking route to the cars. During the day it moved between the outside area and the showroom. A promoter took interested visitors to the sales staff.

Its speech sequences directed visitors to XPeng or MG. Both private and business customers came by.

Posevo’s own observation

Through the robot, visitors got talking to the sales staff. According to Posevo, this also led to conversations that would not otherwise have happened. There are no figures.
